Confidentiality notice

Do not enter privileged client information into UPC Agent.

Transmission and retention are encrypted, but the product is not certified for handling attorney–client privileged material. The questions you ask and the answers we generate are retained in the European region of our cloud provider and may be reviewed in aggregate for quality assurance.

What that means in practice

• You can ask anything about publicly availableUPC and national case law — that's the product's purpose.
• You can describe a hypothetical situation in general terms.
• You should NOT enter your client's name, the matter docket, internal strategy, draft language from privileged communications, or any other content protected by legal privilege.

If you accidentally enter privileged material

Tell us through the contact route you were given with your invitation, quoting the thread URL. We will delete the thread and the associated user record promptly, and confirm to you once it is done.

Future state

A confidentiality-grade tier (with separate isolation, audit logs, and a DPA) is on the roadmap post-beta. Until then, treat UPC Agent as an external research aid.
